PEDIGREE

▶ Jazz, one of the greatest sires in the Kwpn stud book, he still ranks among the most influential sires in the modern history of dressage. Under the saddle of Tineke Bartels, he competed at the highest international level in Grand Prix events and participated, notably, in the World Equestrian Games in Jerez as well as in several World Cup. He quickly established himself as one of the world’s best sires of dressage horses and has been ranked among the top five sires of dressage winners for more than seven years.
He is the sire and grand sire of numerous international performers, including: Parzival, Oymplic medallist with Adelinde Cornelissen, Johnson, Team European Champion and Grand Prix winner with Hans Peter Minderhoud, Blue Hors Zack, Team Worlds Champion and European Champion with Daniel Bachmann Andersen and Tango, Wynton, Vancouver K, Romanov, Chagall D&R, Jerich Parzival... winners in CDI5* and international championships.
Among his several licensed sons: Johnson, Wynton, Tango, Olivi, Vivaldi, Zhivago, Westpoint...

PERFORMANCES

▶ Reserve-champion at the Westphalian Körung at 2yo.
▶ Winner of the 30 days stallion test in Schlieckau with the best score of 9,75 for his trot and galop, 9,5 for his ride ability. His excellent mindset, his suppleness and his wonderful gaits were praised by the judges.
▶ At 4yo, with Jessica Michel-Botton, he was unbeaten during the young horses classes. French National Champion in Saumur with exceptionnal score of 93,639 %, with a 10/10 for the trot and a 9,8/10 for the canter during the finale.
▶ At 5yo, he kept on showing his outstsanding abilities by reaching several times the perfect scores of 10/10 during the qualifying classes. He finished 6th of the World Championship for young horse in Verden.
▶ In the international competitions for young horses, he won the qualifying class in Vierzon with 81,40 %, before ranking 4th in the finale with 78,80 %, confirming his consistency at the best level.  
▶ Winner in the small tour in CDI3* in Toledo, he was ready to compete in Grand Prix before passing away due to an intestine infection at 9yo.

OFFSPRING

▶ Ranked #29 Worlds best stallion in Dressage, he has been several years N°1 in France as best young horses sire.
▶ Don Juan de Hus has produced exceptional offspring and his progeny are widely represented in various European studbooks. His offspring excel at the highest international level.
▶ In Germany, 6 of his first sons were licensed such as Don Farinelli, Duvalier, Don de Hall, Don Jon and D’Egalité, D’Avie Frh, crowned Champion of the Westphalian licensing before being sold for €620,000.
