GL Events Dorai d’Aiguilly (KANNAN) and Olivier Perreau
A true highlight of the indoor season, the World Cup stage in Lyon delivered an exceptional 2025 edition with KANNAN’s offspring shining across all Grand Prix podiums — what a weekend!
After already performing brilliantly at the Nations Cup Final in Barcelona, GL Events Dorai d’Aiguilly (KANNAN x Toulon) and Olivier Perreau claimed their first World Cup Grand Prix victory (1.60m) in front of an ecstatic home crowd. Breeder, producer and rider, Olivier Perreau is also one of the GL Events Group ambassadors, the organizer - a perfect success!
Also victorious in Barcelona, Gangster Montdesir (KANNAN x CORNET OBOLENSKY) and Richard Vogel won the 1.60m Grand Prix on Friday while Feline de Hus Hdc (KANNAN x Levistan) and Kevin Staut took 4th place in Saturday’s 1.60m class.
In the CSI2*, Fee de Riverland (KANNAN x Chapman Rouge) with François-Xavier Boudant placed 2nd, Game On (KANNAN x Wandango) with Nicolas Tayol were 7th and Kiekeboe Picobello (KANNAN x C Indoctro) with Hugo Breul finished 10th.
Groundcontrol d'Aiguilly (KANNAN x Clown du Chesnay) and Dylan Ringot placed 6th, as did Eglantine de l’Isle (KANNAN x Count Ivor) and Célia Poittevin in another weekend class.
An extraordinary scenario on French soil, the 2025 edition of Equita Lyon will certainly go down in history — much to our delight — and once again confirms KANNAN’s enduring legacy at the top level of international sport.
See you in 2026!
