From triumph in Aachen to double silver at the European Championships, the “CANDY DE NANTUEL” bloodline is proving its influence on the international stage.
Just a few weeks before the European Championships, Chagrin d’Amour, son of CANDY DE NANTUEL, claimed an international victory in Aachen under the saddle of Lillie Keenan. In France, his 7yo son ITOKI DE RIVERLAND is among the best horse of his generation with Francois Xavier Boudant. This success highlights Candy’s ability to pass on to his offspring a modern type, elasticity, and remarkable carefulness over the fences.
At La Coruña, it was his full sister who stole the spotlight. Hello Folie (aka Folie de Nantuel) made history with Scott Brash, winning two silver medals – individual and team. Brilliant and consistent throughout the championship, she perfectly embodies the quality and potential of this exceptional bloodline.
In 2024, his little cousin Foxy de la Roque has won the CSI5* GP in La Coruna, the CSI5* GCT Grand Prix in Roma, a CSI5* GP in Lyon and the final GCT Grand Prix in Riyadh with Victor Bettendorf !
Sons, sisters and cousin : CANDY DE NANTUEL’s damline is asserting itself as one of the most influential in modern show jumping. Who will be the next standout? Could ITOKI DE RIVERLAND have the next breakthrough?
